6 Photos: Robert Irwin's father to follow so Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin



Queensland: The son of Australian television celebrity Steve Irwin, better known as the 'Crocodile Hunter' began to follow in the footsteps of his late father when playing with a saltwater crocodile in front of a crowd at a zoo on the Sunshine Coast here, according to  MailOnline  yesterday.

During the show, Robert, 11, is not only not afraid of his reaction, but he seemed happy when approaching violent animal assisted by his friend, Wes Mannion.







The crowd attending the presentation was excited to see Robert approached the reptile by throwing pieces of meat into the mouth of the animal.
"I've seen him (Robert) to feed the alligator several times before but the distance is not too close like this," said one viewer.

Irwin died on 4 September 2006 at the age of 44 years after stung by a stingray on the Great Barrier Reef coral, north Queensland while filming the television.
