KOTA KINABALU: A police constable, an officer from the Malaysian Civil Defence Department (civil defense) and a Rela members were arrested in the town of Sandakan after a woman claimed to have been raped by three individuals.
State CID chief ACP Salehudin Abdul Rahman said the three men, aged between 27 and 37 years were arrested on Thursday.
He said the 21-year-old woman has a police report on the incident in Sandakan district police headquarters on September 24.
The woman claimed that, two days ago, three men hold him because he failed to show any identification documents.
Salehudin said in the report the woman claimed the three men took her to a hotel and she was forced to have sex with them.
Obviously, the police are still conducting an investigation of the allegations. Photo Decoration
