Fresh S ex consequences of women in confinement jail


Kuala Lumpur: A woman in confinement period on Tuesday jailed for two months by the Magistrate's Court here after he pleaded guilty to a charge of offering sexual services to a policeman, last Sunday.
Magistrate Siti Shakirah Mohtarudin ordered Rosmalini Hussin, 31, is serving a prison sentence from the date of his arrest on February 24 last year.

Rosmalini from Triang, Pahang allegedly offering sexual services for the purpose of prostitution P.Ravidran Sergeant Major, 50, from D7 branch police headquarters Kuala Lumpur in front of a hotel in Jalan Raja Laut here at 8:05 pm on that date.

He was charged under Section 372 (B) of the Penal Code which carries a maximum jail sentence of one year or a fine or both, if convicted.

Earlier, Rosmalini not represented by counsel asked the court to impose a light sentence because he was just a housewife and still in a period of confinement after giving birth a month ago.

He also has four other children aged between 2 years to 10 years, while her husband worked as a security guard.
Prosecution handled prosecuting officer Inspector Zuraimi Kamarozzaman.
