Port Dickson: Four women believed foreign tourists casually sunbathing half naked on Saujana Beach, Batu 4, here, this afternoon.
In the incident at 2 pm, they were estimated at between 20's and 30's sun on a mat on the beach in the scorching hot weather.
However, they noticed a visitor behavior, Chow Weng, 30's, who were bathing in the sea at the beach.
According to Chow, at first he saw four travelers involved approaching the beach, wearing a bikini before lying down on the mat.
"Soon, I was surprised to see them take off the bra worn casually.
"I immediately went up to the beach and wash up in the toilet before taking the camera in the car and take a few pictures as evidence of the commission of weird because they want the authorities to take action against tourists misbehaving in public.
