Rizalman S3ksual assault case will be prosecuted in the near future


Petaling Jaya: Warrant Officer Two Rizalman Muhammad Ismail, who allegedly committed the burglary and sexual assault in Wellington will be sent back to New Zealand this week to face charges, according to the New Zealand Herald.

However, according to the newspaper portal, sources could not confirm or deny reports that Muhammad Rizalman will be sent back to the country in the near future.

The Herald on Saturday quoted police as saying that the extradition process is dijalankan.Muhammad Rizalman New Zealand police arrested on 9 May and taken to court the next day on a charge of burglary and commit sexual assault with intent to rape a 21-year-old girl.

Rizalman Muhammad and his family flew back to Malaysia on May 22 in which the Ministry of Defence to conduct an investigation on the case with segera.Rizalman discharged from a psychiatric evaluation at the Hospital Tuanku Mizan Army at the end of last July.
