A girl named Daniela Liverani from Glasgow, Scotland did not think the pain he suffered a month ago on the nose turned out to be the nest of a leech.
He thought the pain was due to a motorcycle accident sustained while traveling to parts of Southeast Asia.
Liverani was then rushed to hospital and doctors found a leech stuck in his nose.
Leeches were believed Liverani stick your nose when swimming in Vietnam and can get into the mouth when drank the water of the river.
